The preparation method can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. First, 2,2-difluoro -1,3-diphenylpent-1-ene (2,2-Difluoro-1,3-dibenzylpent-4-ene) and methylpropiolic acid (methyl propargylacetate) were subjected to catalytic addition reaction in dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain 2,2-difluoro -1,3-diphenylpentylpropiolic acid.
2. The above product is reacted with tert-butyl alcohol acid (tert-butanic acid) in an anhydrous environment to generate 5,5-Difluoro-1, tert-butyl ester.
